Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Policy

No Real People, By Design

Nastia is a closed, private service on which each user interacts with AI companions for their own personal use. All imagery and video is generated by AI, and prompts naming public figures are refused. There are no human performers, models, or content creators; users cannot upload images or videos; and there is no public feed, marketplace or messaging between users.

This structure means no real person appears in, performs for, or is compensated for any content on the Service. The exploitation risks that arise on platforms hosting real performers or user-generated media are structurally absent here. We nonetheless maintain and enforce the express prohibitions below.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Nastia, including its chat and generation features, to:

• promote, advertise, solicit, arrange, or facilitate prostitution, escort services, or any commercial sex act;
• promote or facilitate human trafficking or sex trafficking in any form, or recruit any person into commercial sexual activity;
• share contact details, links, or referrals for sexual services involving real people; or
• depict or glorify the trafficking, coercion, or sexual exploitation of any real person.

Violations result in immediate account suspension or termination, and, where warranted, reports to the authorities described below.

Our Controls

We operate layered, automated safeguards backed by human review. Prompts submitted for generation are screened automatically in real time, generated images are analyzed by a third-party AI moderation service, and detections feed an internal review process where findings are assessed and enforcement action is taken. Because the Service has no user-to-user communication, content cannot be used to broker contact between users.

Reporting and Cooperation

Concerns about trafficking or exploitation connected to the Service should be reported to legal@nastia.ai. We review such reports promptly, preserve relevant records, cooperate with law enforcement, and respond to valid legal process. As a France-based company, our reporting obligations run to the French authorities, including through the PHAROS platform.
